Many of you might be prepping up for Holika dahan as I write about this fusion Holi brunch look on my blog.
I would keep it short this time and talk about the whole look right away.
Those who are regular readers of my blog, know for a fact that I love merging western and ethnic pieces together. After all, life is all about adapting and mixing with different people and growing, isn’t it?! *small grin*
When I laid my eyes over these printed sharara pants from the urban Indian brand IMEthnic, I was in love. They fit so well and something with this amount of flare always has my heart! Now, usually I would have worn this with my tank top and a large chunky silver necklace and thrown a scarf as an added accessory. However, that’s been done and dusted and I kind of needed a new experimentation to bring in to the look. Hence, came into picture a white boxy shirt with puffed sleeves which I went ahead and wore with a corset belt to provide a better definition.
Lastly, the look needed some funky silver jewellery and I decided to wear a pretty multi-coloured choker which would also show up from inside of the shirt. I also wore a mirror over-sized ring and skipped earrings to avoid over accessorizing.
The finishing touches were brought in the form of a cute small back pack and my go-to black pumps from Intoto.
Hope you guys enjoyed this fusion. Here’s wishing you all a very happy and safe holi!
