“There’s no force more powerful than a woman determined to rise.”

Welcome to the second part of the series #WORKWEARWEDNESDAYS!

This Wednesday I wanted to do a work wear outfit involving a substitute to the regular formal pants that we usually  wear to work. I’m a big fan of wide legged trousers and love wearing them to work too. They look really good with a blouse or a shirt tucked in to them. However, I’d strongly suggest wearing a pair of heels (even a low/kitten one) with them to give it a more enhanced finish. The best part is you can easily wear these trousers post your office hours as well without bothering for a change of wardrobe.

So I opted for this blush pink mid-rise belted trousers from Zara. I love these pants from Zara which come with a detachable belt. They look both smart yet have a casual vibe to them.

Pastels work really well for office but I went one step further and created a pastel monotone formal look. It brought in the perfect change I needed from my usual formal wears.

Instead of a normal fitted cotton or silk shirt, I chose to wear these trousers with a powder pink gigot-sleeved shirt.

I wore a nude strappy heels with the look and opted for a red hand bag to bring in a contrast to the whole pink on pink look. I finished the look with a low pony tail and fuchsia pink lips.
